QBits is a Twitch extension that enables viewers to submit content requests to streamers using Twitch Bits. The Service includes:
The Service requires authentication through Twitch. By using the Service, you agree to comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for:
All Bits transactions are processed through Twitch. QBits does not handle, store, or process payment information. All Bits transactions are subject to Twitch's policies and are non-refundable except as required by law or Twitch policy.
Use Bits on requests does not guarantee that the streamer will accept or complete your request. Streamers have full discretion to accept, reject, or modify requests based on their content guidelines and preferences.
You may not submit requests that contain:
Streamers may establish their own content guidelines. Requests that violate a streamer's guidelines may be rejected without refund.
As a streamer using QBits, you agree to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QBITS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QBits and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QBits operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
